Harken New Cam Cleats
Harken Fast Release Fairleads
Cam Cleat Accessories
Use these accessories to adapt our cleats for many applications, such as cleaning up your cockpit controls with color-coding or leading a line cleanly to a cleat.
The Harken HAR475 Micro and HAR298 wire fairleads guide line into the entrance side of the cleat, maintaining a low profile and holding line close to the cleat. Use the HAR475 with the HAR468 and HAR471 Harken Micro Cam-Matics®. Use the HAR298 with the HAR150 Cam-Matic® and HAR365 Carbo-Cam®.
The HAR494 and HAR495 Fast Release fairleads feature low-friction, angled stainless steel line guides on the exit side of the cleat. The angled lead keeps the line away from the cam to eliminate unexpected recleats during maneuvers. Use for fast spinnaker take-downs during mark roundings—anywhere fast release is crucial. Harken Cam fairleads are made of tough, abrasion-resistant composite. Use the HAR495 with HAR468 and HAR471 Micro Cam-Matics®; the HAR494 fairlead with the HAR150 Cam-Matic® and HAR365 Carbo-Cam®.
The Harken HAR375 X-Treme Angle Fairlead uses low-friction stainless steel line guides on the exit side of the cleat. This allows crew to release and recleat at angles up to 90 degrees to the cleat without centering the line. Perfect for cabintop controls and adjusting deck cleats from the rail. A must for fine-tuning Laser outhaul and cunningham controls. Harken Cam fairleads are made of tough, abrasion-resistant composite. Use the HAR476 X-Treme Angle Fairlead with the HAR468 and HAR471 Micro Cam-Matics®; the HAR375 X-Treme Angle Fairlead with the HAR150 Cam-Matic® and HAR365 Carbo-Cam®.
The HAR424 and HAR425 low-profile, top-mounted Flairleads can also be used to guide lines. They feature stainless wearguards and are available in various colors for color coding your cams. Use the HAR424 with the HAR468 and HAR471 Micro Cam-Matics®. Use the HAR425 with the HAR150 Cam-Matic® and HAR365 Carbo-Cam®.

can trim even more weight off their mast and boom with new Harken
Carbo Pivoting Lead Blocks. These high-strength, glass-reinforced
composite blocks are up to 25% lighter than the Classic version they replace.
working loads up to 136 kg (300 lb), they're perfect for sheets and halyards
on small boats and control lines on larger boats.
"I was psyched to install the new Carbo Pivoting Lead Blocks on my F-18," says product designer Graham Walker. "I use a 40 mm for the spin halyard and two 29s for the cunningham on my rotating mast. I was able to switch out to lighter blocks that have the same working load and same mounting hold pattern, and now I don't have to worry about corrosion between stainless bases and my aluminum mast."
Pivoting Lead Blocks allow free mast rotation while still allowing cleating and control from the cockpit. They're also ideal as boom-mounted mainsheet blocks for converting old systems where the skipper has to reach aft to trim the sheet.
Carbo Pivoting Lead Blocks feature the same hole spacing and rivet size as Classic Pivoting Lead Blocks for easy upgrades. An integrated reversible cam cleat allows you to swap the cleating or uncleating direction—up or down on mastbase configurations and fore or aft on horizontal installations. The high-load ball bearings, sheave, and sideplates are all corrosion proof and UV-stabilized for maximum weather resistance. Carbo Pivoting Lead Blocks are available in 29 mm and 40 mm sizes with aluminum or Carbo Cam® Cleats.
