DESCRIPTION

The Selden Stanchion Mounts - Lead Block (538-971-01) is the original lead block for Furlex systems, introduced in 1983. Suitable for systems up to 8 mm head stays, it’s compatible with Furlex models such as 50S, Type A, 100S, 104S, Type B, 200S, and 204S. This 2-piece block mounts securely on a Ø25 mm stanchion with an M6 bolt and nut. Featuring a universal joint, it ensures a low friction alignment of the furling line. Once the block's optimal angle is set, it’s secured with two Ø3.5 mm self-tapping screws. The block also includes a plain bearing Acetal sheave for smooth operation.
