At MAURIPRO, we want you to have the right gear for your next adventure. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, our simple 30-Day after delivery Return Policy has you covered. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products from the United States.

The 30-Day Window & Fees:
- 0–15 Days (Full Grace Period): Return your item for a refund or exchange by mail. The standard 20% restocking fee is completely waived as an introductory courtesy.
- 16–30 Days: Returns are accepted for a refund subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the product price.
- After 30 Days: Our technical support team remains fully available for manufacturer warranty assistance, but returns can no longer be accepted.

How to Start Your Return:
- Locate Your Label: For your convenience and to ensure a seamless mail return process, a pre-printed return label is included in the package for free.
- Request Authorization: Contact our technical support experience team within the 30-day window to activate your return path.
- Follow Instructions: You will receive a "Return Authorization" confirmation email within 24 hours with a step-by-step guide.

Exchanges
Our store explicitly accepts exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, a new order must be placed for the desired item. Returns are processed separately, and a refund will be issued once the returned item meets our standard conditions. In the event that you receive a defective product or an item completely different from what you ordered, we will manage and process the exchange internally without the need for you to place a new order.

Terms and Conditions
To qualify for a successful return, items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition only. Items must be returned by mail in their original packaging with all tags attached. Scratched, damaged, worn, washed, or altered products will not be accepted. All returned items are subject to a strict inspection prior to acceptance. If an item does not meet these return conditions, our customer service team will contact you. Unacceptable items will be held for 60 days and then discarded if not reclaimed at the customer’s expense.
- Additional fees may apply if the return does not include the original manufacturer packaging.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exclusions
The following items are excluded from our standard return window:
- Clearance and final sale items
- Cut wire and lines
- Special order products
- Special handling and oversize items
- Customized items, including but not limited to sails, canvas, and printed apparel
- Pre-spliced lines such as halyards, sheets, and control sheets

Important Note About Free Shipping Promotions
If your order qualified for free shipping at checkout, please note that these original shipping costs are non-refundable to MAURIPRO Sailing. In the event of a return for a refund, the actual shipping expense incurred by us to deliver your order to your address will be deducted from your final refund amount. This balanced policy allows us to continue providing specialized technical support and competitive pricing across the global sailing community.

Note for Oversize Items & Freight
If your item was shipped by motor freight, please thoroughly inspect it for damage before the carrier leaves your location. Any issues or structural discrepancies must be clearly noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery.

Shipping Issues
If you experience any delivery issues, shortages, or discrepancies, please contact our support desk within 10 days of the estimated delivery date.

Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time
Once your mail return is received at our facility, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our product condition criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed dynamically. Our internal refund processing time takes up to 5 days for the customer to receive a refund. Please note that while our system issues the funds within 5 days, individual credit card companies vary in their bank processing times; allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to clear on your external statements.

Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If your order arrives incorrect, missing critical components, damaged, or defective, contact us immediately. We will send the correct item, replacement parts, or units at no additional cost to you. Shipping discrepancies and shortages must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.

Credit Card Refunds
Refunds are securely issued back to the original payment method used during checkout. If the original card is no longer active or available, an equivalent store credit will be provided. We highly recommend reviewing all order specifications and reaching out to our specialized Technical Support Team if you have any questions prior to completing your purchase.
