This meticulously crafted tiller is built with eight strips of laminated African mahogany and white ash, glued in proprietary molds to ensure a perfect fit for the Hobie 33. The tiller measures 45 inches in length, with a butt end dimension of 1.75"H X 1.62"W and a tapered width of 1.22" at the very end, expanding to 1.62" eight inches forward. It's ready-to-varnish with marine penetrating oil, and you can opt for a premium UV-resistant spar varnish or an epoxy base coat for a low-maintenance finish.
