Includes: 6 meters of 6 mm polyester rope spliced to the block, one 40 mm fiddle/becket/jammer block, one 40 mm fiddle block, two spring clips, 2 meters of 5 mm red polyester rope (lowering), and 2 meters of 5 mm blue polyester rope (lifting).
