At MAURIPRO, we want you to have the right gear for your next adventure. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, our Simple 30-Day after delivery Return policy has you covered.

The 30-Day Window:

  • 0–15 Days (Full Grace Period): Return for a full refund or exchange with No Restocking Fees.
  • 16–30 Days: Returns are accepted for a refund subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • After 30 days: Our technical support team is available for warranty assistance, but returns are no longer accepted.

How to Start Your Return:

Request Authorization: Contact our support team here within the 30-day window.

Follow Instructions: You will receive a "Return Authorization" email within 24 hours with a step-by-step guide.

Please note: To keep our prices competitive for the community, return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

If you wish to receive a different product, a new order must be placed for the desired item. Returns are processed separately, and a refund will be issued once the returned item meets our return conditions. Shipping charges and any price differences are the customer's responsibility.

In the event that you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will proceed with the exchange process internally without the need to place a new order.

Terms and Conditions

Returned items must be received within 30 days of delivery in new, unused, and resalable condition.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Scratched, damaged, worn, washed, or altered products will not be accepted. All returned items are subject to inspection prior to acceptance. If an item does not meet return conditions, our customer service team will contact you and the return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Items will be held for 60 days and then discarded if not reclaimed.

Additional fees may apply if the return does not include the original packaging.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exclusions

  • Clearance and final sale items
  • Cut wire and lines
  • Special order products
  • Special handling and oversize items
  • Customized items, including but not limited to sails, canvas, and printed apparel
  • Pre-spliced lines such as halyards, sheets, and control sheets

Important Note About Free Shipping Promotions

If your order qualified for free shipping, any refund issued will be reduced by the original shipping cost as calculated by our shipping system.

Note for Oversize Items

If your item was shipped by motor freight, please inspect it for damage before the carrier leaves. Any issues must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery.

If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date.

 

Refund Policy

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets all return criteria.

If approved, a refund will be issued for the applicable amount, less shipping and restocking fees (if applicable).

Please note that credit card companies vary in processing times. Allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Free Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable

While we are pleased to offer Free Shipping on your initial purchase, please note that these original shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a return for a refund, the actual shipping expense incurred by MAURIPRO Sailing to deliver your order will be deducted from your final refund amount. This policy allows us to continue providing the specialized technical support and competitive pricing the global sailing community relies on. We appreciate your understanding.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged, or defective, please contact us immediately. We will send the correct item, replacement, or parts at no additional cost.

Shipping discrepancies and shortages must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.

Credit Card Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the original card is unavailable, store credit will be provided.
