Description
The Selden Snap Shackle replaces the standard shackle on Seldén blocks. With a large, well-rounded loop, it allows the line to slide with low friction, offering improved performance over regular snatch blocks. Lighter, easier to operate, and more cost-effective, this snap shackle is ideal for applications like barber haulers for spinnakers and jibs, and for tensioning a Seldén CX with 2:1 purchase. It also simplifies connecting the Seldén CX to a bowsprit from the foredeck.
