Radar Poles and Pole Systems (pp. 10-12)

• Masts are heavy wall aluminum pipe: Deluxe 3 1/2" (89 mm) with white baked-on urethane coating, Standard 2 3/8" (60 mm) brushed anodized. All Deluxe masts require adapter #981-23-35.
• Pole mount systems: Basic Pole #67460 (anodized, 90" tall × 2-3/8" dia., 1" rail support bracket, deck mount base flange, top casting #6882); Deluxe Fixed Pole #67470 (white, 144" tall × 3-1/2" dia., 55" fiberglass thru-deck mounting tube, top casting #6882). Vision Series universal top casting for pole mounts #68820.
• Platforms, bases, antenna arms and support brackets are cast in 356 T-6 aluminum; the antenna mounting plate is required (p. 7).
• Manual leveling kit: tilt 12.5 or 30 degrees either way with a push-button adjuster rod; clamp-on stainless attachment with rubber bushing. #67480 for 2-3/8" masts, #67490 for 3-1/2" masts.
• Electric platform leveling kit #999-35-EL: 12 volt ball screw actuator with mast and platform mounts, mast hinge, wiring harness, switch panel with circuit breaker; fits 3-1/2" masts only; up to 30 degrees of heel both ways.

Base Mounts and Secondary Supports (p. 13)

• Thru-deck tube mount: a heavy-duty fiberglass tube fitted through a hole in the deck and glassed to the underside of the deck and the hull; the mast slides in and is pinned. Tubes for the 3 1/2" Deluxe or 2 3/8" Standard masts.
• Thru-deck flange mount: a pair of flanges, 3" × 5" for the 2 3/8" mast, 6" diameter for the Deluxe; the base flange has a shoulder to carry the bottom of the mast. Use large washers or backing plates.
• Fold-down towers (trailer boats, low bridges, storage): fold-down adapter plus pivot bracket; right angle base for vertical surfaces.

Antenna and Other Accessories (pp. 8, 20, 22)

Antenna standoffs: investment cast 316 stainless, for antennas up to 1.5" diameter, quick-release pin, ordered by stand-off distance to the antenna centre. Boarding step: cast aluminum, white urethane, 6 ft. braided line with snap shackles, 5 lb (2.3 kg). Outboard mount: motors up to 100 lbs/45 kg; the 1 1/4" rail version has an anodized aluminum bracket. The catalogue table labels #521-125AL “One-Step Boarding Step without Line” (as printed). Compass light wire appears on p. 20 only as #669, without a length.
