The user's guide (Rev. 01, 05/2018) lists the earlier codes TL22.32 and TL28.40; the current exploded views and dimension drawings are TL22.33 and TL28.41. Hole Ø is the hole-saw size to cut in the deck.
How the T-Lock Works
- A watertight flush-mounted deck base to which a loop can be connected; a special toggle locks in automatically.
- The toggle cannot be removed under load, but comes out easily without load. It swivels, so it takes a load in any direction.
- Mounting: push the toggle in and push down – it locks automatically. Removal: push in and pull up.
- Used as a dog-bone it adapts to any Dyneema® loop: a simple loop, a low friction ring with loop or a snatch block with loop. Supplied with a Dyneema loop with toggle (T-Loop).
- Accessories: low friction ring fixed to the loop, simple aluminium toggle ("dog-bone") for your own loop, and many Antal blocks and snatch blocks tied to the toggle.
- The T-Lock is not a boat lifting device.
Sealing Plug Positions
- Low position (unscrewed): the toggle can be fitted into the base or taken off (only if not under load).
- High position (screwed): the toggle is permanently locked into the base and cannot be taken off. The plug is adjusted from under the deck.
- For load directions at angles below 30° tighten the sealing plug completely, to lock the toggle and avoid accidental unhooking.
Installation and Maintenance
- You need a drill, a hole-saw and sealant; the screws are included. Part numbers (1–9) refer to the exploded view in the guide: 1 toggle, 2 self-tapping screws, 3 flush-deck base, 4 cap, 5 spring, 6 O-ring, 7 sealing plug, 8 spring ring, 9 ring nut.
- Positioning: install the base (3) in a deck area able to support high loads.
- Drilling: cut the hole with a hole-saw, size from the table above.
- Sealing: put sealant around the hole.
- Fixing: put the base (3) into the hole, secure it with the two self-tapping screws (2), then tighten the ring-nut (9) strongly. Two 5mm screws in the special threaded holes can be used to tighten the ring-nut.
Maintenance: very little water can enter the base, but drain it and clean the base occasionally: remove the spring ring (8) and unscrew the sealing plug (7).

Using the Drawings
- Each exploded view shows every part with its code in a balloon, plus the part list with material and quantity. Quote the model code and the part code when you ask us to source a spare.
- Dimension drawings give the overall and fitting dimensions in mm, with weight and SWL in the title block where printed. Work from the printed figures rather than measuring a printout.
