Edson Instrument Housing Ball Mount — Installation

Parts Included

• Two piece ball mount: cap and threaded section
• Hollow mounting bolt
• One 1 1/4" to 1" bushing
• One 1 1/4" to 1 1/8" bushing
• Two 1/4-20 Allen head screws
• Two large rubber washers
• One large plastic washer

Instrument Housing Rail Mount

1. Position the appropriate bushing (if required) on the rail where the housing will go and clamp the ball mount on the bushing. With a punch, mark the rail for the wiring hole, then drill the wiring hole.
2. Drill a 1 1/18" (as printed) hole in the instrument housing with a hole saw.
3. Install the bushing (if required) and clamp the ball onto the rail. With the hard plastic washer inside the housing and a rubber washer outside, fasten the housing to the ball with the hollow mounting bolt.
