Machined 6061-T6 aluminium, Hard-Lube anodized. A low-weight alternative to blocks for floating jib leads, in-haulers and twings.
Rigging
- Pass the adjuster line through the channel under the dowel pins.
- Pass the sheet through the throat.
- McLube Sailkote can make the surface more slippery.
Do not spray the ring while it is on the boat: Sailkote overspray makes the deck slippery and can cause a fall or man overboard.
Maintenance
- Periodically inspect for wear, corrosion and loosening; check the fairlead, dowel pins, adjuster line and splices.
- Flush often with fresh water; periodically wash with mild detergent and rinse. Keep teak cleaner and caustics off.
- Clean before storage and store dry.
