Cut-out Dimensions (as printed, mm)

The cut-out is a circle with one straight flat: the flat width is measured along the flat, and "centre to flat" is measured square from the centre lines to the flat. Both drawings carry the cross centre lines to set the cut-out on the cabin side.

Before You Cut

• Print the PDF at 100% (1:1, no "fit to page"). Lewmar's note on both sheets: check the drawing is printed scale 1:1 before using.
• There is no scale bar: check the printout by measuring the printed dimensions – the cut-out diameter and the flat width – against the values above.
• Each template is drawn on a large-format sheet: a standard office printer will not hold the full circle in one page, so use a plotter or tile it carefully and re-check the diameter once assembled.
• Use the centre lines to position the template, and orient the flat as your portlight requires before marking.
• One template per portlight size: the Ø250 sheet (Area 1) is the first download, the Ø296 sheet is the second.
