"REF" values are reference dimensions as printed by Ronstan. The RC1199-0.3L drawing specifies all edges with a 1.0mm radius top and bottom to prevent sail chafe. Open the drawing for your series in the downloads for the full view.

Before You Cut or Order

  • Match the gate to your track series first: the drawing number is the gate part number (RC1199 = Series 19, RC1229 = Series 22, RC1269 = Series 26, RC1309 = Series 30, RC1429 = Series 42, RC1559 = Series 55).
  • Check the section dimensions against the track already on the mast, and the hole layout against the existing fastener pitch.
  • Each drawing is a single sheet: the luff groove profile is shown in section under the plan view.
