INSTRUCTIONS
Which Selden D- and P-section masts take the 535-013-01 aero strip kit against rolling vibration, and how to fit it along the top 4 metres.
Aero Strip Kit 535-013-01
Strips that stop the mast vibrating ("rolling"), fitted along the top of D- and P-section masts.

Fitting
- Mark the horizontal location for the strip at even intervals along the top 4 meters of the mast (see the D-section and P-section drawings in the PDF for position relative to the B-line and groove).
- Smooth the edges of each strip with a fine file.
- Tape the strips on from the head box down: 4 x 1 meter strips on each side.
- Make sure they form a straight line and are firmly taped, especially at each join.
- Drill six 3,2 mm holes in every one meter length: 10 mm from each end, then 200 mm spacing.
- Fasten with rivets 167-011.
- Punch out the mandrel heads with the rivet pin to avoid corrosion.
