DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
On a keel-stepped mast the deck ring is the collar at deck level that holds the mast where it passes through the deck. Seldén's deck ring locks the mast with shaped rubber wedges, seals the opening, and takes a tie rod so that halyard loads pull on the tie rod instead of lifting the deck.
This assembly is for Seldén furling mast section F199, mast type LMP, with a single-piece shaft for integrated blocks. Deck cut-out drawing PS1067.
