Dimensions by Mast Section (mm)

B is measured from the B-line of the mast section; "B+15" means 15 mm beyond it, "B-10" 10 mm short of it (see the section sketch in the PDF).

Assembly

1. Mark the hole positions for the loop; use a tape measure for dimension B.
2. Adjust the loop in a vice: total play of about 5 mm between loop and mast.
3. Check the loop does not interfere with deck hardware.
4. Drill two ø6.5 holes, fit the plastic washers between loop and mast and rivet; punch out the mandrel heads.
5. Drill and tap the M8 holes (c/c 20 mm) for the support; fit it with locking adhesive on the screws.

Caution: cables and halyards inside the mast – use a depth stopper on the drill bit.
