INSTALLATION MANUAL
Fitting the VETUS ILT120B (diesel up to 10% bio) and ILT120X (petrol or over 10% bio diesel) inspection lids on rigid fuel tanks, with seal choice, screw sequence and service parts.

Tank of plastic, GRP or metal, minimum wall thickness 0.8 mm. Connect the tank per its own manual. The blind plate of the ILT120B can be replaced by ILTCONF38.
Cutting the Hole
- Place the lid on top of the tank, preferably where plug P is on a VETUS tank, so P is removed with the cut-out.
- Hole ø 159 (6 1/4"), preferably with a 159 mm holesaw; MIN. 160 (6 1/4") clear. De-burr and clean the inside of the tank.
Fitting
- Place the flange (1) in the hole.
- Tighten each of the 4 screws (2) one revolution clockwise and check the flange still turns by hand; repeat until it no longer turns.
- Then tighten all screws four more turns: one revolution each in turn, repeated three times.
- Earth the flange with the screw (3); screw the lid (4) onto the flange. Check all connections before filling.
