  • Each group is protected by a push-in (blade) fuse or an automatic circuit breaker; a range of blade fuses is supplied, circuit breakers are bought separately.
  • LEDs show which group is on; the function labels have background lighting that can be switched off.

Mounting

  • Place it where the switches are easy to reach and LEDs and labels are clearly visible.
  • Cut the hole with the 1:1 drill pattern (diagram 2) – print the pattern at 100% and check it against the printed dimensions before cutting: 142 × 80 mm opening, 149 × 87 mm screw pitch, ø6 mm holes, panel 161 × 99 mm.
  • Remove the fuse cover and front plate, fix with the 6 screws supplied using hand tools (do not overtighten), refit the front plate.

Wiring

  • Connect both plus terminals (BAT + INPUT 12/24V) to the battery with insulated 5 mm eye terminals; wire at least 4 mm².
  • Fit a 60 A main fuse between battery and panel (diagram 3).
  • Minus (- GND) directly to the battery or a central earth strip, not used as a common minus for consumers; insulated 6.3 mm flat push-on connector, wire at least 0.5 mm².
  • Consumers (lights, pumps etc.): at least 2.5 mm² with insulated 4 mm fork terminals or pin plugs.
  • Diagram sizes: 4 mm² (12 AWG), 10 mm² (6 AWG), 0.5 mm² (20 AWG), 2.5 mm² (14 AWG); MAX. 15 A per circuit, MAX. 60 A main fuse.

Thin wires or poor connections can overheat and cause a fire.

Resetting After an Overload

  1. An overloaded group switches its equipment off and its LED goes out.
  2. Set the switch to OFF (O) and solve the overload.
  3. Remove the fuse cover (diagram 1); replace the blade fuse with one of the same value, or reset the circuit breaker.
  4. Refit the cover with the function labels and switch back to ON (|).
