MF 810: Marelon body, clear polycarbonate lid, removable stainless steel basket; 1-1/2" ports standard (reducers for 3/4" I.D. hose sold separately); diameter 6.3", height 6.1"; flow rate 40 GPM with 1-1/2" ports. The bracket clamp lets you rotate the housing to aim the exit port.

Important Data

  • Threads: Marelon fittings have NPT parallel threads (as printed); seal with Teflon tape or plumber's dope. Bronze and Marelon fittings can be fitted together; take care not to cross thread.
  • Operating temperature: -40° to +176° Fahrenheit.
  • Maintenance: activate the valves regularly and lubricate with winch grease, Lanocote or water pump grease twice a year. UV stabilized.
  • A thru-hull installed less than 6" above the waterline must also have a ball-valve or seacock. In the typical head installation drawing, the 1-1/2" vented loop sits at least 10" above the waterline.
