Forespar Whisker & Spinnaker Poles — Sizing Guide by Boat Model

How to Use the Guide

  • The PDF is a long alphabetical list of sailboat models (16 pages), grouped by builder.
  • For each boat it gives: J (where known), the recommended whisker pole, spinnaker pole and carbon spinnaker pole (model and part number), whether to use a padeye or a mast car, and whether a T-track is needed.
  • Find your boat in the PDF, note the part numbers and use the table further down to order. If the J of your boat differs from the listed one (re-rig, bowsprit, different sail plan), size by J and headsail foot instead.
  • If your boat is not listed, Forespar sizes the pole from your boat details: see our Whisker Poles Buyers Guide for the checklist.
