Cam on Car & Windward Sheeting

Part numbers are the hardware most commonly used. Standard boat length: Small boat 6.7 – 8.5 m (22 – 28'), Midrange 8.8 – 10.4 m (29 – 34'), Big boat 10.7 – 12.8 m (35 – 42').

Cleats on adjustable arms. On flush decks face the cleats down the track; with seat backs angle them forward or aft.

Windward sheeting lets the crew pull the car above centreline without releasing the leeward control line; tack and the car stays put, ready to pull to the new windward side.
