Selden E40i Electric Winch — Selection Guide

The Easily Placed Electric Winch

  • The 42V electric motor is integrated in the drum: only three thin 6 mm² cables pass through the coach roof or deck, with no large cut-outs and no external motor or gearbox, so headroom below is uncompromised.
  • Self-tailing with 3-speed operation for speed plus fine-tuning; usual place is the coach roof.
  • Powered by SEL-Bus and a Power Supply Unit converting 12/24V to 42V.
  • With a Selden electric furling mast it forms Synchronized Main Furling: one button and the E40i tensions the outhaul while the mast motor unfurls the sail.
  • Stainless or aluminium drum.
