Rope Splicing Services, Chosen on Each Premium Ropes Line
MAURIPRO no longer sells splicing as separate items. Open any Premium Ropes line, pick your color and length, and the Splicing Service box shows the packages available for that construction, each with its price. Pick one (or No Splice), add to cart, and your line is spliced and whipped before it ships. Each rope line in your order keeps its own splicing, so you can order a halyard and a sheet from the same rope with different finishes.
Cruising Lines
For polyester double braid lines (Premium Ropes Cruising):
- End Whipping both Ends
- Eye Splice + End Whipping

- Furling Loop Splice
- No Splice
Racing & Performance Lines
For Dyneema and Stirotex core double braid lines (Premium Ropes Racing, Classic, Performance Cruise):

Dinghy sheets and control lines (Premium Ropes Dinghy, Dinghy Control Lines) offer End Whipping both Ends or No Splice.

Where do I order a splice now?
On the rope page. Choose the line, color and length, then pick a package in the Splicing Service box before adding it to the cart.
Is the splice price per foot?
No. The package price is added once per rope line, whatever the length.
Can two lines of the same rope have different splices?
Yes. Add each line separately; every line keeps its own splicing in the cart and on the order.
How long does splicing take?
Spliced lines are finished in the MAURIPRO rigging shop before shipping; see the Rigging Shop turnaround on each rope page.
