Engineered to provide a reliable replacement for Yamaha Outboard Engines, the ARCO Part #6300 Tilt Trim Motor is designed for optimal performance with 425HP 4-Stroke models manufactured between 2018 and 2023.ARCO advises cleaning all connections: A corroded connection creates resistance, lowering the amperage required to operate the motor.

  • Epoxy powder coating provides excellent corrosion protection for harsh marine environments.
  • Induction-case hardened motor shafts for enhanced durability and resistance to wear at bearing surfaces.
  • Armatures are rigorously tested to withstand 50 times the operation voltage (12V) to ensure longevity.
  • Motors are tested under 5 different load levels to guarantee optimal performance.
  • All motors meet or exceed OEM standards for reliable performance and maximum lifespan.

When properly installed, all ARCO products are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months for leisure use and 90 days for commercial or racing applications.
