The Garmin GPSMAP 1042xsv is a 10" chartplotter and sonar combo with a keypad interface, user programmable keys and a multifunction control knob.
Built in support for Garmin CHIRP traditional sonar plus CHIRP ClearVu and CHIRP SideVu scanning sonar, and support for Panoptix and LiveScope sonar products. This part number is supplied without a transducer; transducers are sold separately.
Preloaded with Garmin Navionics+ charts for U.S. and Canada coastal and inland waters, including Auto Guidance+ technology. Networks over the Garmin Marine Network and is compatible with NMEA 2000 and NMEA 0183. Built in Wi-Fi pairs the unit with the free ActiveCaptain app for OneChart, smart notifications and software updates.
