Fitting the Fuse into the Fuse Holder

  • It is very important that the fuse and holder are assembled exactly as shown, with the fuse between the tin plated copper contact plates – otherwise the joint heats up and drops voltage.
  • Order on each stud: contact plate, fuse, contact plate, cable lug, washer, spring washer, nut.
  • With double cables, fit them back to back.
  • Choose the fuse rating from your thruster installation manual.
