Connection Cases
Sleipner Remote → ENGBO Panel/Thruster
- The adapter sits between the Sleipner remote receiver's 4-way connector and the ENGBO control unit, alongside the ENGBO control panel.
- Two layouts are shown: thrusters with relay/motor XF40R, 60R, 75R, 90R, and the XF20 thruster motor.
- The adapter's red (B+) lead goes to BATT + on the ENGBO control unit (XF20) or to the B+ line (relay versions).
- Remote receiver supply: see the remote control manual.
- If the thrust direction is wrong, swap the blue and grey wires.
ENGBO Thruster → Sleipner Panel
- A Sleipner control panel (with an optional Sleipner remote receiver) connects through the 4-lead cable to the adapter, which wires into the ENGBO control unit.
- Relay/motor versions XF40R, 60R, 75R, 90R use a terminal block for the B+ (red) connection; on the XF20 the red lead goes to BATT +.
- Terminal numbers and wire colours at the ENGBO control unit are shown on the diagrams in the PDF – follow them exactly.
